COMMUNITY SERVICES

Our students are inspired to be leaders

and givers to their community.

The following are events our students, pre-school through 12th grade, are involved in annually:

Random acts of kindness – Our high school students go out into the community handing out water to thirsty citizens on the streets.

March Missions for Madness – For the entire month of March, our school from pre-school through high school are encouraged to raise funds and go out into the community to serve other people. This includes, but is not limited to, collecting can goods for local food pantries, feeding the homeless community on Saturday mornings, hanging out and preparing dinner at a homeless teen shelter, collecting toiletries for homeless families and individuals, etc.

Youth With a Mission (YWAM) – Our middle and high school students took time to go an assist in the painting of the YWAM building.

Christmas Boxes – During this time of year, our entire school collects toys, toiletries, books, etc. and fill up shoe boxes and donate them to a local organization for needy families.

Foster Care Connection – Our entire school raised money for 24 car seats and tons of clothing and toys to be donated to local foster care children and their families.

Locks of Love – Several of our students and staff have donated their hair so wigs can be made for patients who have hair loss due to cancer and other medical issues.

Silver Hills – Our pre-school students and elementary choir visit the Silver Hills residents twice an year with gifts of song, as well as socks, scarves, toiletries, etc.
